"If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your
feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet.
For I have given you an example, that you also should
do as I have done to you" (John 13:14-15)

We invite you to view our website and learn more about our Community and our missions to the poor in Vietnam. We welcome your prayers and your financial support to help us embrace our religious vocation with joy and fidelity, and to aid our brothers and sisters in need so they may experience the dignity of being God's children. Through our humanitarian projects we hope to provide them with life's necessities, always keeping in mind that together, in true solidarity, we can make a difference for them! Thank you to our friends and benefactors who have been generous with your financial gifts to help us provide a better quality of life for families who are helpless, yet are profoundly grateful. THANK YOU and MAY GOD BLESS YOU now and in eternity!
Happy Easter!

On December 1, 2009 seven Novices professed their First Vows.
Most Reverend Paul Nguyen Thanh Hoan, Founder of CCSS,
presided over the Mass with Bishop Emeritus Nicholas Huynh Van Nghi
and Priests of the Diocese of Phan Thiet!
MISSION STATEMENT:
Jesus places the “law of love” as the first, greatest, and most important among all the commandments: “Jesus replied, ‘The first is this: 'Hear, O Israel! The Lord our God is Lord alone! You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these” (Mk. 12:29-31).
Grounded in belief in this mystery of love, the Community of Charity and Social Services (Tu Doan Bac Ai Xa Hoi) vows to follow Christ on the road of service and to give witness to the Gospel of Love.
The mission of the Community of Charity and Social Services is like the mission of the Church, which has its source in Christ: “As you sent me into the world, so I sent them into the world” (Jn. 17:18).
Therefore, the Community renders its service after the example of Christ: “…To bring glad tidings to the poor…” (Lk. 4:14-21) and to embrace the proclamation of the Gospel and the development of humanity as two objectives that go hand in hand, in the spirit of unity with all the people of God who are longing to serve humanity, especially the poor, the disabled, the concerned, the forgotten.
